How to Change My Password in EHS

If you have forgotten your password to log into your Admin and App accounts in EHS, please follow the instructions below.

*Please note: If you are not on the most updated version of the application, please stop and update that before following the instructions below. Our instructions are based on the most updated version of the product.

Application Password Reset 1.4:

When logging into your account, any EHS user can reset their password by calling into the Align support team or reach out to your EHS Administrator and have them reset it for you. The instructions to do that are below.

Admin Password Reset:

You can reset any EHS user password when you are logged into the admin page by following these steps:

  1. Log into your Admin profile

    • (Might be useful to include login dashboard link here)

  2. Once logged in click the Hard Hat logo

  3. On the left hand side click the Administration Dropdown

  4. Select Company Lists dropdown

  5. Click Employees

  6. Click Edit next to the user you need to update

  7. Click Manage User Account

  8. Under User Email & Password you can update either.

  9. Click Change Password

  10. It will generate a popup where you can enter the new password

  11. Click OK after you’ve updated this

  12. Click Save

When logging into your account, you can click the forgot password link and it will walk you through how to reset your passwords there

  1. Click into the Align EHS App

  2. Enter your Align user email

  3. Under the next button you will see a forgot password link Click that.
